Srdjan Milanovic
Srdjan Milanovic graduated from the faculty of Architecture at Politecnico di Milano in 2005.
 
He started his professional activity in 2002 as a concept design architect and interior design architect at BUSINESSART S.R.L. -  architectural studio in Milan, where he designed numerous conceptual projects, mainly in Europe.
At the same time period he collaborated also with several more architectural and interior studios in Italy such as: 'Cherry Associati’, ‘Studio Saporiti’, ‘Studio Medaglia’ and ‘Studio Busnelli’.
 
In 2005 he starts his professional engagement for TRADEUNIQUE INVESTMENT Company working on one of the most exclusive residential complex in Southern Spain - 50.000 m2 project ‘Meisho Hills’, situated in Marbella. Activities included development of the main project, interior design for 58 villas, procurement and supervision of works.  
From 2008 he was responsible for ID of other representative projects of TRADEUNIQUE HOLDING in Montenegro, such as interior for 49.000 m2 multi-functional center ‘TQ Plaza’ in the Budva city center, interiors for residential complex ‘Tsar’s Village’ in Sv. Stefan etc.
 
In 2009 he participates in establishing LINEA MILANO Company - a furniture factory for hi-end custom made furniture where he still has a management role, as CEO. At the same time he has founded UNIARCH DESIGN studio.
 
In 2013 he accepts the position of General Director at Belgrade Land Construction and Development Public Agency – main public utility company for Capital's land development, construction and realization of infrastructural projects.
 
In 2014 he returns to private sector, as a head manager of UNIARCH DESIGN studio and LINEA MILANO company with the mission to proceed creation and realization of numerous unique projects in Europe.
 
Srdjan Milanovic fluently speaks Italian, English, Russian, Spanish and Serbian language.
 
AWARDS & PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
 
  • 2002 – Participation at the Biennale di Venezia with the conceptual project of the ‘Milano Highway Residence’, Venice, Italy
  • 2002 – 2nd prize for the project of the main square of Gorla Maggiore, participating as accomplice architect and designer for the ‘Studio Saporiti’, Italy
  • 2003 – 1st prize for the ‘Mazzini Square’ and the ‘Church’s Square’ project of Casorate Sempione, Varese, Italy
  • 2004 – Participation at Biennale of Schanghai with the concept project for the new ‘Montichiari airport' in Brescia, Schanghai, China
  • 2005 – ‘Best Architecture Bentley Award’ for the ‘Meisho Hills’ project, awarded to the Tradeunique Holding, for the project in which participated as chief architect & interior architect, London, UK
  • 2009 – 2 Awards for the Design, awarded to Linea Milano Company, for the design of its products in which participated as chief designer, International Furniture Fair, Belgrade
