The inspiration for this interior was based on the owner’s desire for the apartment to be modern, yet very luxurious, and for it to substantially stand out from other apartments in the Belgrade Waterfront complex with its design and additional functions, since it was intended for ultra-luxurious rental.

Consequently, aside from the sophisticated design, we have envisioned the implementation of different additional functions which will set it apart from the usual apartments of the Belgrade Waterfront, including a custom-made kitchen, a spatial TV divider with a built-in electric fireplace and an open wine wrack. The frameless glass door sauna and bathroom are within the master bedroom.

The use of premium materials such as marble, brass and wooden wall cladding, brand lighting, custom made furniture and the hidden room doors all highlight the luxury of the apartment.
