Architectural and urban proposal for new 'Marina Kastel' - tourist Port for 500 yahts with exclusive private residence area and multifunctional complex consisting of  luxury Hotel with swimming pools, Casino,  Business center with congress halls, commercial center and parking area. The total area is 20 HA.

The concept project was realised for Grandoni SPA -San Marino, in collaboration with Businessart Srl.
