The project is conceived as a unique visually recognizable space, which will represent the focal point of the future tourist offer of the region. This complex will affirm the tourist, sports and recreational offer of the region with its architectural distinctiveness as well as abundant thematic content:

In addition to the main building with a restaurant for 300 guests, a roof bar and hotel accommodation with 16 luxury apartments, we also planned a beach restaurant with an open bar on the first floor, a beach bar, shops, take-away points, as well as sports facilities such as courts for tennis, volleyball, mini golf, an adventure park with 10 slides, pools for the youngest, a city on the water, points for renting kayaks and sub-boards, as well as hiking and biking trails for nature lovers.

There is also a camping area, but also a part with separate eco-bungalows, hidden in the forest environment and parking space for several thousand cars.

The project authored by Architect Srdjan Milanovic is currently in the preparatory work phase.

The start of construction of the first phase is planned for spring 2024, and the second phase in 2025/2026.
